01The client

The client

Valerie Boisvenu is an esthetician in Sainte-Sophie, Quebec, with nine years of practice and a focus on facials using natural, locally made products. Her clients are nearby and French-speaking, so we wrote her whole site in French to match the people she actually serves.

02What we built

What we built

A clear list of services with honest pricing, so clients can see the cost before they book. A paid mini-course on acne-prone skin: ten short video lessons with printable guides, a one-time $40 payment through secure checkout, and lifetime access to the locked lessons afterward. There is also a free guide she gives away in exchange for an email, which quietly builds her list of future clients.

03The ingredient checker

The ingredient checker

The standout piece is a custom ingredient checker. A visitor pastes in a product's ingredients or searches for a product, and gets a plain answer on whether it suits acne-prone skin. No off-the-shelf website builder ships something like this.

It exists for a simple reason: Valerie kept answering the same question over and over in her messages, and a tool that answers it for her is cheaper than her time. Now the checker does the repeating, and it gently points people toward her course.

04Why it works

Why it works

  • Prices are right on the page. Her clients compare options, and hiding the cost loses more bookings than it protects.
  • The course sits behind a real account, not an easy-to-share link, because a paid product deserves a proper door.
  • Everything leads somewhere useful: the checker points to the course, the free guide builds her list, and the list leads to consultations.

Valerie has a digital product line instead of a brochure, and it runs itself. We build it, we host it, and we keep it running, so she can spend her time with clients instead of answering the same question in her inbox.
