01The client
The client
Bling Auto Detailing has cleaned and protected cars in Penticton, BC since 2003. A real main-street shop with a real money problem: every month started back at zero, with no income until the next car rolled in.
02What we built
What we built
Tiered monthly memberships, each with a clear list of what is included. The shop sets up its own packages and prices and can change them anytime. No contracts, no setup fee, switch or cancel whenever you like. Customers create an account, sign in, and book their monthly visit from their own member area.
At signup, a customer can enter a vendor's code, which ties their membership to the vendor who brought them in and applies any discount that comes with it. And anyone who wants it can leave a phone number to get a friendly text before their appointment.
03The app behind it
One app, everyone in the loop
Behind the signup page is a full app that runs the day to day. The owner manages the whole business from one place: the team, the service packages, promo codes, and QR codes for quick check-ins. Members pay online, and the app handles the recurring monthly billing on its own, with the first month free to get new customers in the door.
The staff see their own schedule and the visits booked for them. Independent vendors, like dealerships and resellers, each get their own code and their own login. When a customer signs up with a vendor's code, the membership is tied to that vendor, who can see exactly how much they have sold. Customers book, cancel, or reschedule their own visits in a few taps, and everyone, from the owner to the vendor to the customer, sees the same up-to-date information.
04Why it works
Why it works
- The page loads fast on a phone in the shop bay. A car business should never feel slow.
- Customers set up their account first, then payment, because the ongoing relationship matters more than a rushed checkout.
- Vendor codes are built right into signup, so the shop can grow through dealerships and partners, not just walk-ins.
05The result
The result
Walk-in work turned into recurring revenue. Customers pick a tier, make an account, and book whenever they like. We build it, we host it, and we keep it running, so the shop can focus on the cars.
